Urodził się w Słubicach (obecnie woj. lubuskie). Od 1994 roku mieszka w okolicach Częstochowy. W latach 2007-2012 studiował na Wydziale Inżynierii Mechanicznej i Informatyki Politechniki Częstochowskiej na kierunku Informatyka uzyskując odpowiednio tytuły zawodowe: inżyniera w 2011 roku i magistra inżyniera w 2012 roku. W październiku 2012 roku rozpoczął studia doktoranckie w dyscyplinie informatyka, natomiast w grudniu 2017 roku uzyskał stopień naukowy doktora nauk technicznych w dyscyplinie informatyka, nadany przez Radę Wydziału Inżynierii Mechanicznej i Informatyki Politechniki Częstochowskiej. Od 1 marca 2018 do 31 sierpnia 2024 zatrudniony na stanowisku adiunkta w Katedrze Inteligentnych Systemów Informatycznych na Wydziale Inżynierii Mechanicznej i Informatyki Politechniki Częstochowskiej. W związku ze zmianami strukturalnymi oraz powstaniem nowego Wydziału od dnia 1 września 2024 pracuje w Katedrze Sztucznej Inteligencji na Wydziale Informatyki i Sztucznej Inteligencji. Prywatnie pasjonat programowania webowego, astrofizyki, heliofizyki, sztucznej inteligencji oraz przetwarzania i wyszukiwania obrazów. 

Zainteresowania naukowe:

  • wyszukiwanie obrazów w dużych bazach danych,
  • analiza obrazów słonecznych,
  • budowa deskryptorów obrazów słonecznych,
  • sztuczne sieci neuronowe, w szczególności autoenkodery.
